Wild Turkey Hunting

Nothing is more exciting than the sound of a big ol’ mature gobbler letting the woods know he is the boss. As the echo resonates throughout the woods and the frosty chill of the spring morning air fills your lungs, you make your way towards him, closer and closer, finally you are in position and with the help of one of our guides you bring him in range, Your breathing gets faster but you dare not move.. It’s on; you’re looking right down the barrel as this beautiful creature struts and gobbles. This is how it feels.

We have an outstanding turkey population and due to the habitat structure and feed base left for uplands, our turkeys are some of the heaviest birds you will find anywhere in Kentucky. Our largest bird to date is a big triple beard that weighed in at 29 1⁄2 lbs with 33 1⁄2 total inches of beard. His spurs measured 3 7/8".

We love to turkey hunt and we are good at it .If you want a trophy bird on your wall, we are definitely the ones to call.
